QUESTIONS ABOUT PRICING.

How does pricing scale with usage?
Each tier has a baseline per-hour rate. The more production hours you commit to per month, the lower the per-hour price gets — from baseline at 10 hours/month down to 50% off at 500 hours/month. Slide the picker on any card to see your price.
What's the minimum commitment per tier?
Starter starts at 10 hours/month, Pro at 15, Elite at 20. Below those thresholds you're better off on the tier underneath. Custom plans flex around your fixture calendar.
Can I change plan or hours later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or adjust hours at any renewal. If you commit to a 12-month term on Custom, unused minutes carry over to the next period (with a warning if you're approaching the cap).
What's "stream delivery"?
Hosted streaming minutes — i.e. Reactoo delivers the output stream to your viewers. Price scales by volume, from $0.003/min at small volumes down to $0.001/min at 100M+ minutes. If you stream to your own destinations (YouTube, Twitch, your CDN), you don't need this.
What add-ons are available?
Extra operator seats ($9/seat above your tier-included count), vidmail credit packs (50 credits for $10 up to 10,000 credits for $290), ISOs, ingests, and stream delivery minutes. We size add-ons in your demo — they're not part of the headline price.
Do you offer regional pricing for outside the UK / EU?
Yes — pricing flexes for non-UK / EU markets. Get in touch and we'll put a regional quote together.
Does the price include setup, training or live support?
Standard, Priority and Premium support are included with their respective tiers. Realtime and 24/7 support are available on Custom. Implementation, setup and live training days are quoted separately — most teams are live within a week with zero prior expertise.
