Reactoo Platform Community Guidelines

Our platform includes Reactoo Studio, Reactoo Arena, Reactoo VidMail, the Reactoo Guest companion app, generic embeddable element integrations, custom third-party integrations, and AI-powered tools. We are committed to fostering a positive and respectful environment for all users. Please adhere to the following community guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

These guidelines supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or termination as described in our Terms.

1. Respectful Communication

1.1 Be Respectful: Treat all members of the community, including content creators, hosts, audience members, guests, and viewers, with respect. Do not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected status.

1.2 Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and comments. Personal attacks, insults, and negative or hostile remarks are not acceptable.

1.3 No Impersonation: Do not impersonate Reactoo staff, hosts, creators, brands, or other users. Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority on the platform.

2. Appropriate Content

2.1 Stay on Topic: Ensure your content and communications are relevant to the topic or context provided by the platform or the content creator. Off-topic messages can disrupt the flow and purpose of the content.

2.2 Avoid Inappropriate Material: Do not create, share, or distribute content that includes profanity, violence, explicit material, or any other inappropriate or offensive content. This includes but is not limited to sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or any form of abuse.

2.3 No Illegal Content: Do not create, share, or distribute any content that is illegal or promotes illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to content that involves or promotes drugs, weapons, or criminal behaviour.

2.4 Dangerous or Harmful Content: Do not promote self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges. Do not encourage activities that could cause serious injury to yourself or others.

2.5 Child Safety: Do not create, share, or distribute content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors. Users under 18 may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Terms of Use.

2.6 Deceptive or Manipulated Media: Do not use the platform to spread misinformation, deepfakes, or AI-generated content intended to deceive others about identity, events, or source material without clear disclosure.

3. Privacy and Personal Information

3.1 Protect Personal Information: Do not share personal information about yourself or others. This includes addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other private or sensitive information (doxxing).

3.2 Respect Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not create, share, or distribute content that includes someone else's personal information or content without their explicit consent.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Original Content: Create and share only content that you have created or have the right to share. Do not share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information.

4.2 Citations and Credits: If you reference or include content created by others, ensure you provide proper attribution and have the necessary permissions to use their work.

5. Misuse of the Platform

5.1 No Spam: Do not use the Reactoo Platform for spamming purposes. This includes sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, repetitive content, or coordinated inauthentic engagement.

5.2 No Malicious Content: Do not share content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful software. Do not engage in activities that could harm or disrupt the Reactoo platform or its users.

5.3 No Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Do not use the platform for unsolicited promotions, scams, phishing, or commercial solicitation unless expressly permitted by the host, event operator, or your applicable commercial agreement with Reactoo.

5.4 No Platform Abuse: Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or systematically extract data, bypass usage restrictions, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with its normal operation.

6. Participation in Live Events

6.1 Respectful Participation: Whether you are a guest, audience member, or content creator, participate respectfully in live events. Follow the event guidelines and respect the instructions of the event host.

6.2 Technical Compliance: Ensure your participation does not disrupt the technical operations of live events. Follow any technical guidelines provided for participating in live streams or recordings.

6.3 Recording and Broadcast Consent: By joining a live event, submitting media, or interacting with embedded modules, you understand that your contributions may be recorded, broadcast, or displayed to audiences as part of the event. Hosts and platform users are responsible for informing participants where additional consent is required by law or event policy.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

7.1 Reporting Violations: If you encounter any content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to Reactoo support at support@reactoo.com. Provide as much detail as possible to help us address the issue effectively.

7.2 Consequences of Violations: Violations of these guidelines may result in the removal of content, suspension, or termination of your account, and in severe cases, legal action. Reactoo reserves the right to take any necessary action to enforce these guidelines, including automated moderation and cooperation with law enforcement where appropriate.

8. Updates to Guidelines

We may update these community guidelines from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Reactoo Platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new guidelines.
